1If there is shortage, please inform sales representive within 15 days after customers receive merchandises.
2If there is defective ones without QC labels, like housing, keypad, battery, etc, Please inform sales representive within 30 days after customers receive merchandises.
3If there is defective ones which marked QC label, like LCD, Flex cable, etc. Pls advise sales within 60 days after customers receive merchandises.
4If the products are held by our local custom, we will take on all cost.
All above conditions is subject to not being factitious damaged. And the returned parts are requested to be packed same as we shipped. The QC labels can not be removed or spoiled.
If beyond the stated warranted period, It will be ignored.
